I've been a writer and an author for most of my life. I won an international screenwriting competition; I've had scripts optioned.
But for years, beneath the surface of those wins, I carried a dense, invisible weight: unworthiness, acute self-doubt, and an exhausting pattern of imposter syndrome. Despite the outward success, deep-seated survival loops were constantly sabotaging what I built, fueling a relentless cycle of creative self-abandonment.
That exact cycle is what I am here to help other artists heal.
I know the precise cost of mental and emotional exhaustion because I lived it. I stepped back from my own creativity for years, working as a house manager while secretly longing to free my creative writing again.
I was outwardly managing complex realities for others while my own creative fire was trapped behind a wall of energetic depletion.

I live in the Southern US with my husband and our German Shepherd, Saga — named, unsurprisingly, after a goddess. Painting, baking, and photographing this beautiful world round out my creative passions.
