When she thinks no one's watching, Shannon dances her heart out to a Madonna song while attempting to sing.

 

Besides imagining she's a backup singer for an icon, you might find her actively planning a week-long play date with her grandchildren, or searching for a European castle ruin she could transform into a cozy home.

 

With her husband and their German Shepherd, Saga (who's named after a mythological goddess), Shannon lives in the Southern US.
